Last weekend our Equestrian Team enjoyed a fantastic outing at Pickering Grange, with six pupils representing the school.
The Show Jumping 70cm team of Maddie, Isla and Belle took 1st place, qualifying for the Grass Roots Festival at Hickstead. Belle also secured an individual qualification.
Our 75cm team also claimed 1st place, with Maddie finishing 4th individually.
There were further successes in the higher classes, with Isabella winning the 85cm and Emily taking the win in the 95cm—two fantastic achievements!
A special mention must also go to Year 7 pupil Lottie who showed great resilience and team spirit.
Congratulations to all six riders—a wonderful set of results and a very proud day for Sponne School!
