The girls produced a fabulous whole team effort on Monday 16th March to win 1-0. The game as not without drama, Tabs made a brilliant save but it also caught her face and had to leave the pitch with a bloody nose…we were down to 8 players and Grace had to drop back into GK. 2nd half and after first aid had cleaned her up, Tabs was back on the pitch.
Hailey had the ball at her feet and the GK off her line…A fantastic chip over the GK, almost in slow motion, sealed the deal! The team have now qualified for the 5th round of the National Cup. We are so proud of the whole team.
