This training is led by Sally Perkins.

The course is designed to outline the process to follow when receiving a complaint or allegation.

It will focus on the steps to follow from:-

• The point of receiving the complaint
• Through to the disciplinary panel
• And appeal panel, if required.

The training is suitable for any staff member, especially PA's, governors and governance professionals who may be involved with complaints.
