This course is suitable for both primary and secondary school newly qualified teacher (NQT) mentors and will explore their roles and responsibilities including;
- Familiarisation with relevant documents and statutory guidance for NQTs
- Working with the Teachers' Standards
- NQT assessments
- Supporting NQTs and how to provide additional support for NQTs trained in 2019-2020
