SUMMARY:The Olevi - Outstanding Teacher Programme PLUS (OTP+)
DESCRIPTION:The Olevi OTP PLUS training is carefully designed to further de
 velop truly outstanding teachers: their classroom practice\, their depth a
 nd understanding of coaching\, and their ability to lead and grow the qual
 ity of their colleagues' practice.
 Participants will gain a deeper under
 standing of the latest innovative pedagogy and develop the mind\, skill an
 d knowledge set to lead teams to create a significant impact. They will en
 gage in the latest research to develop the moral and social capital of the
  organization.
 This programme consists of six sessions focused on leadin
 g teaching and learning with a series of post session challenges\, complet
 ed over a term. A key component of the OTP Plus is that participants will 
 also be working with colleagues back in their school to utilize their prof
 essional learning from the programme to support the development of others.
 
 Full attendance at this programme will enable you to develop and lead a
  learning focused team / organization\; coach colleagues and teams to impr
 ove practice\; model innovative practice across the school or trust\; and 
 engage in facilitating research driven CPD.
